Why these four pages

I teach English online. Every planner I bought was designed by somebody who has never had a student cancel at nine in the evening, so I built my own around what a tutor actually does on a Tuesday. These four are the ones I reach for every single week.

Weekly timetable Your recurring slots. In pencil — they change three times a term.
The week ahead Lessons, preparation, admin, and the one thing that must actually happen.
The week just gone Five minutes on a Friday. The page that makes next term easier than this one.
The error log Five recurring mistakes per student. The same five will still be there in March.

Nine pages from The Tutor's Planner

Plan the year · plan the week · lesson plans · student profiles and progress · attendance, income, expenses and invoices · enquiries, trial lessons, cancellations, and the page that tells you where your students actually came from.

Four pages nobody else gives you: the error log, the cancellation record, the enquiry tracker, and the source page. They are there because those are the four things that quietly cost a tutor money.
